nothing makes sense anymore

I don't quite agree with amacabasilence's opinion on the negative spave. I think it puts a lot of emphasis on theupper left corner and lower right corner where the girl is. also, to me, the shadow stopping beneath her knee looks like she's wading in a pool of something or other ( maybe though, it would be more obvious as this if there were highlights in it or something). There are some anatomical problens ( like the face+arm) but like you said, it started out as a sketch anyways, and wasn't really intended for anything greater. ^^
